Default Joey S top 5's.

In order....

AFC-
Baltimore
New England
Oakland
Houston
Pittsburg

NFC-
Green Bay
San Fran
New Orleans
Atlanta
Dallas

NFL-
Green Bay
Baltimore
New England
San Fran
Oakland

Discuss.... Lots of recent injuries make this intresting. Chicago and Houston would both be higher. This is for right now, If I had to project I would take Houston right off the list because I think they are in trouble.

I think the Steelers beat the Ravens in the playoffs, I would love to see the Raiders make a playoff run. The AFC is wide open in my opinion. As for the NFC, the Pack looks hard to beat, just imagine if they could run the ball. The Saints could make a playoff run, but they would need to do it at home.

AFC
New England
Pittsburgh
Baltimore
Cincinnati
Denver (yup AFC is that bad right now) Alternate would be Tennessee

NFC
Packers
Saints
Dallas
San Fran
Giants

NFL
Packers
New England
Saints
Ravens
These are the only 4 teams IMO that have any shot at the title this year.

I think the Raiders will make a run. Packers are in another world right now. How can the Saints make a playoff run at home? Looks really unlikely the Packers will crumble, plus San Fran has a game lead on them at this point. Maybe they get the #2 and GB gets upset?

I was going to slide Denver in ahead of Houston. Not sure I trust them yet, plus I think Oakland is better. I think San Fran is more likely to upset GB then the Saints. Not that I think its likely at all.

I did too for a while. If (and it is a BIG IF) the D keeps doing what they are doing they could win 4 of the remainder. Bears win yesterday if they didn't Sanchez/Orton the game away. Houston is completely finished now, not that Leinart was a savior anyway. They cannot beat NE no matter what the D draws up, D-Backs are too slow on slants etc and Brady is too good for the pass rush, Champ is useless in slot coverage which leaves Goodman on Welker (trouble).

Basicley agree with all of that. Plus, back to Oakland they need RunDmc back to make any type of serious playoff run. He is a serious RB, I think he is the best RB in the NFL.

He certainly looks like it at times, hell of an athlete. Loved him in college.

Interesting choice with Oakland at 3 but in retrospect its probably reasonable. Houston has major issues and Pittsburgh looks just ok.
