Just a reminder in case any of our resident delusionists wanted to renew their hopes of ever seeing meaningful racing there.

PS: Decoupling for dog racing (i.e. allowing the "dog tracks" to drop the pretense that they want to actually race dogs, so they can just have their other gambling) is back on the legislative agenda this year:
