Default Another Civil War

Yup,
Just at the time that there is finally an admission that a civil war is raging in Iraq, seems like the Republicans have one of their own right here at home.
Some of the best have raised voices of doubt.
Let's see how this one plays out.

Yes, I know DTS. Big topic of debate right now. Even some of Bush's firm GOP supporters such as John Warner of VA have turned against him on this subject.

I doubt these GOP Bush-defectors are doing anything other than running toward public opinion. If the 65% of Americans who oppose GWB's handling of Iraq woke up tomorrow and changed their minds, you better believe all of the Republicans would be begging to get in the picture with Bush.

But, he's a lame duck and, even aside from Iraq, you always see the Presidential incumbent party move to the middle. Always. It's going to be a very nasty couple of years of campaigning, especially when the Republican Presidential primaries start.

Bring back Ross Perot.
