You mean realizing that the GOP filibuster everything in the Senate so it won't pass and trying to explain that little reality to Brent Baier, while Brent tries to deny it, makes the Dems "amateur hour"?

I think Baier should have asked Carney whether 53 was greater than 51. It would have been amusing to see Carney try to be as evasive when we simplify the question.

Naw. It was already too hard for Carney explaining that 60 is greater than 51. Baier simply couldn't understand the concept
