First rock and roll concert I went to Ted was opening up for Aerosmith....he came flying out across the stage jamming on his guitar. AWESOME!
Yeah they will show up at his place and try to give him a big ole scare and when they ask him what he meant by what he said I bet he tells them to F off.

I am with you on this one. I am a moderate Republican, but Ted Nugent is one guy that I can't stand.

Ted Nugent was my first concert too. Scorpions and Def Leppard on the undercard.

i don't care for him at all. especially after hearing the story about him becoming the 'legal guardian' of a 17 year old girl back when he was 30-ish...she was his girlfriend. not sure how much money changed hands between him and her parents.
i always find it ridiculous when people say they'll move, or something like the rubbish he said, because of who becomes president. of course both parties have nut jobs who threaten things if the 'wrong guy' becomes president...how many celebs were moving to canada if bush became president? of course they're all still here.
at any rate, nugent is a nut, and they should investigate his remarks.

he's a bigger threat to music than he is to the president.

Never cared for him, his music sucked and his politics are radical right but I suspect he's harmless...although he's married to his weapons.

That's a good slave. Let the other slaves know he's in big twubble.

Nugent is an enemy to all true Americans. An evil human being who is a half-ass musician that is obviously in some secrety society. You can't explain otherwise why that hack is a millionaire and supporting a known liar who supports socialized medicine and gun control.

And most will dismiss Nugent as an unknowing idiot because he plays the part well.

It's just my opinion but I don't believe he's stupid. I don't believe he's sincere. I believe he has bad intentions for this country.

I think Teddo's just a small touch psycho, like a couple of "compound anti-government" guys I know living out west ....

Would he blow the pres away? No. Would he be happy if one of his more psycho listeners did? Yup.

Ted Nugent should be in jail

Grand Rapids, Michigan (CNN) -- Ted Nugent should be arrested.

Not because he doesn't like Barack Obama but because he got up in front of a group of people and insinuated he would attempt to assassinate Obama if he's re-elected. Or let's put it this way: A man with a truckload of guns has threatened the life of our president while the country's at war.

Nugent's words were: "If Barack Obama is elected, I'll either be dead or in jail this time next year," which sounds to me like he's open to directing his disapproval of Obama in a way that is violent and unlawful. When you see that statement next to Nugent comparing Obama and his colleagues to coyotes that needed to be shot, as well as the need to "ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November," I don't see how that rant cannot be looked upon as a threat on the president's life.

agree or disagree with the writers opinion?

Ted Nugent worries me more because of his long history and public admission of enjoying and preferring sex with minors, and admitting he did it multiple times on the road. Hell, he even repeatedly mentions it in his songs (see "Jailbait")

The idiot is disgusting. And Mitt Romney sought his endorsement? Mitt is so stupid, and his staff so completely incompetent, he never vetted the darling of the NRA in his attempt to pander to the rabid gun rights base? Nugents virgin young teenaged girl proclivities have been out there for years.

Thinking now, that it's blown up in Romney's face to brag about the endorsement of an admitted pedophile, Romney thinks he can just lie again and deny it?

All politicians dissemble and color the truth, and many outright lie, but Romney sets a new record for bald faced lies on the campaign trail. He's simply astounding to watch.

This is one time I get little satisfaction from my belief there is no hell, but there's still karma as Ted may soon find out.
