Roselynn Carter did Mental Health outreach. Nancy Reagan did Just Say No to drugs. Barbara Bush did Literacy and Reading. Michelle Obama does Military Veteran family support and Childhood Obesity. I'm so sick of the snark against the First Lady. Leave the first ladies alone.

http://www.politicalnewsnow.com/2009...staff-sroblog/ This first lady has taken on a lot with regards to childhood obesity and is looking to create legislation to prevent same. That is different than a literacy campaign or stamping out drugs (epic failure).

Again - this First Lady has a whole lot of hate flung her way, and it's completely out of line with how other first ladies have been treated. She has done wonderful work with fighting childhood obesity and helping Veterans. Attacking that is beyond ridiculous. The First Ladies are not their husbands. They don't deserve the political attacks thrown at their husbands to bleed onto them.
