SARATOGA RACE COURSE

POST-SCRATCHES

Super Add: #4 City View 20-1 5th

2nd: MDN CLM, F&M-3+, 1m-IT (P4, P3, DD)

Favorite #5 Crypto Kitten can and very well may win, but she's a money-burning stinkbird being given away. Protect in multis but do your utmost to bet against her within the race..

Best Value: #9 She Be Bunny 6-1 7th
Next Best: #4 Accent 3-1 6th
Exotics Use: #3 Billboard Hit 6-1 WON ($22.00)
Super Add: #10 Sweetest Peach 15-1 10th

3rd: MSW, 3+, 5.5f (P3, DD)

Most Likely: #2 Rockin Boogie 3-1 5th
Next Best: #5 Wild Target 5-2 WON ($5.80)
Exotics Use: #6 Slash Five 3-1 2nd

Exotics Use: #4 Lemon Sundae 8-1 4th

5th: 9th Troy, 3+, 5.5f-T (P6, P3, DD)

Most Likely: #2 Regally Ready 7-2 5th
Next Best: #3 Bridgetown 9-5 WON ($4.90)
Exotics Use: #7 Perfect Officer 3-1 2nd
Super Add: #1 Wekiva Wachee 15-1 3rd

<$50 P4 Play:

2: 2-3-5-9-10
3: 2-5-6
4: 5-7
5: 2-3-7

5x3x2x3 = 90 x .50 = $45

$0.50 Pick 4 (3-5-7-3) $125.50

6th: CLM, 3+, 8.5f-IT (G/S, P3, DD)

Well-matched group. Super players should throw #2 Fastest Magician (20-1) in and everyone needs to be aware that #11 (AE) Bell by the Ridge (15-1) is an exotics player should he draw in (DOES GET IN)..

Best Value: #8 Pleasant Run 8-1 6th
Next Best: #6 Boots Ahead 5-2 WON ($6.90)
Exotics Use: #3 War Hoot 3-1 3rd
Super Add: #5 Freshman Dorm 6-1 2nd

.10 SUPER: Key 8 1st/2nd with 2-3-5-6-11 (1x5x4x3 [60] + 5x1x4x3 [60] = 120 x .10 = $12.00)

8th: CLM, 3+, 6.5f (P3, DD)

Most Likely: #8 Parent's Honor 3-1 WON ($8.00)
Best Value: #6 Crepuscolo 6-1 7th
Next Best: #7 American Legend 4-1 3rd
Exotics Use: #1 Crown the Chief 4-1 5th

9th: OC/C, 3+, 5.5f (DD)

Exotics Use: #4 Take Down Two 8-1 WON ($16.80)
Super Add: #6 Saint of Saints 5-1 3rd

10th: MDN CLM, 3+, 1m-IT

Happy to get a chance to finally get My Pal of Pals into a race after three miscues, but assignment is tough with number of front end parties signed on. Studart will have to try to stalk and go from up close for the City Zip colt to have laurel or board chance..

Best Value: #11 Mr. Algebra 8-1 WON ($22.40)
Most Likely: #6 Jim Jamm 6-1 7th
Next Best: #1 Lion Prince 3-1 3rd
Exotics Use: #5 Tough All Day 15-1 8th

DEL MAR

POST-SCRATCHES

1st: CLM/N1Y, 3+, 1m-T (.50 P5, P3, PL Pick All, DD)

$362k P5 C/O starts here..

Competitive, but get the feeling the top pair gets you through the P5 opener..

Most Likely: #1 Slammer Time 7-2 3rd
Next Best: #7 Aqua Fever 3-1 5th
Best Value: #2 Why Not Be Perfect 10-1 2nd
Exotics Use: #4 Deadly Catch 4-1 4th

2nd: MDN CLM, F&M-3+, 5.5f (P3, DD)

Early SCR of Strike Em' Out leaves this more wide open then I'd have hoped. Miller firster #13 Frank n' Teddy (5-1) gets in from the outside and may be clever in here with comebacker Racy Rosa getting OK marks for her return. Deep tix will have coverage of career maiden Silver Luna and hot drilling FTS Oscillator while Tina's Express, One Lucky Lady and Country Soul look like the "C" players for big budgets..

Best Value: #13 Frank n' Teddy 5-1 9th
Next Best: #2 Racy Rosa 9-2 7th
Exotics Use: #11 Silver Luna 7-2 3rd
Super Add: #8 Oscillator 5-1 WON ($11.40)

3rd: OC/N2X, 3+, 1m (P6, P3, DD)

Middle leg of the P5 and Opener of the P6. One peril of playing the Cali carry sequences is going against up against the syndicates that 'buy' races like this. If you're trying to get through on the cheap, Baffert regularly the right guy to single. As I told Privman Tuesday, Hoorayforhollywood dam Hollywood Story one of my favorite fillies..

Most Likely: #1 Hoorayforhollywood 2-1 WON ($3.80)
Next Best: #6 Great Warrior 5-2 2nd
Best Value: #3 McKenzie's Way 6-1 6th
Exotics Use: #4 El Gato Malo 3-1 3rd

4th: MSW, 2yo, 1m-T (P3, DD)

Top 3 should get you through though stretchout, lawn move and addition of Gomez makes Cinco de Mario interesting as well. Money Makin Sam, Aerial Artist and Buckleberry Grey may make their way on to big plays..

Most Likely: #3 Power Broker 5-2 3rd
Best Value: #2 Lawyer Gabe 8-1 5th
Next Best: #4 Shining Copper 3-1 WON ($9.40)
Exotics Use: #5 Cinco de Mario 8-1 4th

5th: CLM, F&M-3+, 1m (P4, P3, DD)

Again, a place where the big outfits will buy the field. Top 3 for me in both sequences and can't fault those on shoestring that take Priv's advice and single My Gal Candy..

Most Likely: #4 Inner Groove 2-1 WON ($3.80)
Best Value: #5 Dilly's Dancer 6-1 6th
Next Best: #3 Demure Halo 4-1 5th
Super Add: #6 Around the Twig 12-1 3rd

<$50 P5 Play:

1: 1-7
2: 2-8-11-13
3: 1-3-4-6
4: 2-3-4
5: 4

2x4x4x3x1 = 96 x .50 = $48

6th: Cal-MDN CLM, F&M-3+, 6.5f (P3, DD)

Day's toughest group with 6 necessary (1-2-6-7-8-9) for survival with 2nd time starters (7-8-9) the focus..

Best Value: #7 Royal Capote 9-2 2nd
Next Best: #8 La Juliana 4-1 WON ($7.20)
Exotics Use: #9 We Be Good 6-1 9th
Super Add: #2 Warren's Today 3-1 3rd

7th: Green Flash H., 3+, 5f-T (DD)

What a nice little stake. Lakerville seeks 3rd score of the stand for Barry Abrams & GoGo. Koast looks like he's best sprinting after OK Oceanside. Shrug & Sirocco Strike appear poised for real upset chances. Top 2 for P6, next 2 for back-ups and P4/P3's..

Most Likely: #7 Koast 9-5 4th
Next Best: #5 Lakerville 8-5 2nd
Best Value: #1 Shrug 5-1 WON ($21.40)
Exotics Use: #3 Sirocco Strike 6-1 3rd

8th: MDN CLM, 3+, 8.5f (Super Hi-5)

No picnic ending the P6/P4. Ever Alert a first time gelding per Privman..

Most Likely: #6 Our Merv 6-1 8th
Best Value: #7 Sedona Ridge 12-1 2nd
Next Best: #3 Ever Alert 9-2 10th
Exotics Use: #8 Givimaway 3-1 3rd
Super/Hi-5 Play: #11 Everlasting Man 15-1 7th

<$200 P6 Play:

3: 1
4: 2-3-4
5: 4
6: 7-8-9
7: 5-7
8: 3-6-7-8

1x3x1x3x2x4 = 72 x $2 = $144

<$75 P4 Play:

5: 4-5
6: 1-2-7-8-9
7: 5-7
8: 3-4-6-7-8-9-11

2x5x2x7 = 140 x .50 = $70

Good luck!
Steve

Good luck today, what a glorious Wed!!

Please check your early P4 @ the Spa. In race 2, Billboard is the #3 and Accent is the #4, you have them listed at #2 and #3. That changes your P4 as well.

Thanks as always for your tireless efforts.

was thinking that myself...i really don't want to single the #1 in the 3rd even though it appears to be the standout...was going to single the #2 in the 5th but that idea has been scrapped....inner groove seems to be in decent form...
