Default What is happening with Ron Paul?

I have been delving into the conservative-libertarian sites, but can't find anything definitive about what Ron is going to do.

Is he going to run 3rd party? Or just give it up this cycle? Can he run 3rd party (at this late stage, get on the ballot?)

He's going to retire. Too nice to fight the corruption and outright bullying.

From what I've read he has no idea how many people support him. Not very tech savvy. An old school researcher.

What the Republican Party did to him this election cycle was truly horrible, and sadly represents what that party has become. He raised tons of money, played by the rules (until they changed them on him) and had many delegates. He should have had a huge voice at the convention. Bullied is the right word.
