Yup - the incidences of people actually voting under a false name (which is voter fraud) are indeed virtually nonexistent.
Voter registration fraud is a different deal entirely, anybody can fill out a card with any name and address - as demonstrated by the massive Republican voter fraud scandal just gone through by the GOP and their cheater-for-hire Sproul and the RNC who hired him. http://www.salon.com/2012/10/19/gop_...candal_widens/
