Norv is a terrible head coach.

He would have been my pick.

should be the Norv Turner trophy, or maybe the Matt Millen trophy for total incompetence. How he is still employed in football is amazing.

mine too.
they fired schottenheimer...for norv. that makes absolutely NO sense. you get rid of a coach because you think there is someone better.

they've gotten worse each year since then. the owner is an idiot. when the gm said get rid of marty, the owner should have fired the gm for being a moron.

Yeah, but the whole league has finally realized that he's terrible as a head coach, so he's certainly not over rated.

I think the guy is a very good offensive coordinator. After he's finally dismissed from San Diego, he will most likely get another job in that capacity. I feel like the same about Rex Ryan on the defensive side. His time will eventually run out (barring a major turn around) and he will land a defensive coord. job fairly quickly.

i agree that he's a good OC. he needs to stick to that. just like wade phillips needs to stay a DC.

Anyone who has hired him as head coach! The fact that he finds work is inexplicable.

Bob Stoops . never has so little been done with the talent available.

Norv Turner sucks as an Offensive coordinator. Just like he sucks as a coach. If he was any good as OC, I've never seen it.

then i guess his dad is overrated as well. oakland, tenn and now usc have fallen for juniors spiel. it was last year that he finally achieved a career winning record, and both wins and losses are in the 30's now. amazing.
