All I know(which ain't much) is you cant use brisbet in Cali...but I like their info! Youbet has a nice site and pretty good racing viewing and it has a cancel bet thingy that has saved my butt a few times!

you might check a horse related site or ESPN...there might be something related. Also there is a rewards program with Youbet, but sadly, Cali horseplayers are ineligible!

the pros are that you can bet from the comfort of your own home, as much as you like.

the cons are that you can bet from the comfort of your own home, as much as you like.

lol

my kids tell me that i should get an account...i say no, i should not! of course, living here where others apparently better than myself, and smarter, have already decided that i cannot spend my hard-earned money gambling on-line means i can't get an account if i wanted to. you see, in arkansas, you go to hell if you gamble, unless you gamble in hot springs or west memphis!!

You bet if you're playing horse only Pinnacle if you wager on all other sports. You bet covers most tracks you would play, but there are some they don't cover.

I have had an account with BRIS for 20 years, and BRISBet since it's inception. I can't have a satellite dish because of my home location(down low surrounded by very large trees), sou youbet has no appeal.

I am VERY happy with BrisBet. Their video feature will get you by, their wagering sysyem is easy, and their reporting system is awesome. Plus you get discounted pps and BRIS products.

I also use Pinnacle for sports, props and larger horse wagers(due to the 7% rebate). I am also very happy with Pinnacle.

For those of you who have Brisbet, do you find their pps to be more informative than DRF's?

No pp's with Youbet. Yes with Brisbet.

BUT - The Bris pp's are strong in some areas and weak in others.

Good for speed ratings, sire/dam info

Bad for foreign races info, and shortening the names in pp lines so that you often can't tell who the horses who finished 123 were.

Youbet has player rewards points for prizes system. But its player interface for tracking your bets over time is poor in comparison with Brisbet with only the last monthes bets showing . Brisbet has a very good interface for tracking your betting over time, in which you can analyse your betting at each track, kind of bet, roi etc.

I am an Arkansas resident too, but didn't know it was not possible to get an online account. Are you talking about a casino/sports betting account or horserace betting account or both?
