Default Super Derby Beyers

A few people had asked about the Beyer numbers in the Super Derby. Strong Contender ran a 107 while Lawyer Ron ran a 105.

Not bad, a little lower than I thought, let's see what the Sheets come up with....I don't see any reason why both would not go on to the BC...

There weren't many dirt races that day, so it might have been difficult for them to get the numbers correct...

I predicted that both horses would have gotten one point higher than they did, but that sounds about right. Those are still nice.

Strong ran another negative number in the race. I'd peg it between a -1 and a -2.5. Bet it was in there. Fast race.

So Louisberg ran four or five lengths better than he's ever run in the past according to that number? I guess it's possible but it doesn't seem likely to me.
