Default Egypt a Year Later

So after spending $3-$4 billion of taxpayer money to help overthrow Mubarak, and allowing Egyptians to democratically install a theocratic based party and President we are now watching the replay only Morsi in the leading role of bad dictator instead of Mubarak.

My question is when billionaire Teresa Heinz's husband gave Egypt over a billion in U.S. taxpayer money, for military aid a month or so back did he give it to the military or Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood?

Simply put are we today loyal to Morsi and the Brotherhood or have we flip-flopped support to the military and new protestors?

According to a study by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, China sold more weapons to Egypt than Sudan and Zimbabwe — its traditional clients — combined, from 1989 to 2008, making Egypt China’s biggest weapons market in Africa.

The study says US military assistance to Egypt frees up cash for Egypt’s government to purchase additional Chinese arms. And some analysts are worried that increased Chinese presence in Egypt, coupled with a Morsi government less loyal to the United States, will give China access to American military technology.

According to a 2009 US diplomatic cable released by WikiLeaks, US officials were already concerned about Egypt’s Arms Export Control Act violations, stating they had “more violations than any country in the world.” The cable said a Chinese military official visited an Egyptian aircraft base in 2009, where F-16 fighter jets provided by the United States are held.
But I'm sure Morsi, his Islamic Brotherhood and in fact the new democratic Egypt have changed their ways with China except

President Mohammed Morsi on his first official trip outside the Middle East took early steps to tie Egypt more tightly to Beijing, at a time when China's wider reach in the region is posing an increasing challenge to U.S. influence there.
Sure it was just pure coincidence. Nothing happening here, another billion dollar check please!
