![]() Question is being asked more and more. And there's no good answer as to why it can't be done... on a daily basis even beyond Friday for Saturday.

![]() More betting in advance would require them to do more processing to cancel tickets dependant on scratched entrants, but I would think that's trivial for the computational assets in place.
I'd be all for it, as even though I have a white collar job, I do not have access to the necessary websites throughout the day to actively follow races on a weekday. |

![]() Quote:
Besides for the TC races, is it done for any other races? I understand the need to do it for TC, but realistically for any other race card during the year (besides BC), would this move generate enough money in the pools to even make it worthwhile? My thinking is that the majority of handicappers/players want to see the conditions, changes and odds before being locked in to a ticket. I could understand the concept of liking a horse the day before and wanting to get it in (win bets), but truthfully I would think that the majority of players would have access to getting a bet in on race day if needed. Personally I just don't think that there's a large segment of players that would use this feature if it was available.

![]() Would have been nice for those Easter Sunday mandatory payouts when 99 percent of otbs are closed...im strictly adw now after finding the traditional way completely inconvenient at times...seriously though simply no reason why this isn't happening already

![]() ontheoutside,
Have you thought about mobil betting. Most ADWs have websites you can access with your phone. You could even call them. Your boss might not like it but lunch time or break time wagering would be doable. |
