texas law ruled unconstitutional

not surprised at all. this and other states are wasting time, money, manpower on these restrictive laws, that they know won't pass muster. the same party who keeps saying 'keep the govt out of health care' keeps trying to get right on in there. but then, it is for the women's own good, whether they know it or not.
