Is the Republican Party so inept that they can't capitalize on this? Healthcare. Gov is Obama's legacy and it is FUBAR.

with the exception of the roll out in october when you manufacture a faux crisis by lighting yourself on fire so no one pays attention to the problems with the website for 3 weeks.
