Default John Candlin

I'm curious as to how a guy such as John Candlin makes it as a horse trainer. His stock is just awful and I wonder how a trainer like this makes a living. Can anyone answer this?

Zeke..

You never know when Candlin will pop a big price! He's done OK the last couple of years actually with 2 Saratoga winners in '05 and a handful of scores here and there at BEL/AQU..

Much like Joe Lostritto and Roy Lerman, I think Candlin can 'afford' to go stretches between wins...

He has pretty much the worst training record in the world. Owns all the horses I have seen him enter (thank goodness).
