Default way to go arkansas

The judge ruled on Friday. McDaniel says he supports SSM, but will most likely be required to fight the ruling and defend the amendment.
Some marriage and family guy was irate, and commented that the majority of voters were in favor of the ban....which doesn't in any way make it constitutional of course. It's not, and I would direct him to the nearest civics class.

And as long as the parents consent, 16 year old girls or boys will now be able to marry in Arkansas just like the boy-girl marriages have been able to all along. How about 18 for everyone? Just a thought.

Carry on

http://www.slate.com/blogs/outward/2...gay_judge.html

On Monday, Mike Huckabee—former Arkansas governor, failed presidential candidate, and noted misogynist—called for the impeachment of Arkansas County Circuit Judge Christopher Piazza after the judge invalidated his state’s gay marriage ban. “The Governor,” Huckabee proclaimed in a statement, “should call a special session of the legislature and impeach the judge and affirm the people’s will.” More specifically, the outspoken homophobe asserted that Piazza

decided that he is singularly more powerful than the 135 elected legislators of the state, the elected Governor, and 75 percent of the voters of the state. Apparently he mistook his black robe for a cape and declared himself to be “SUPER LAWMAKER!”

sigh

huck, please, call a local high school. get the civics teacher on the line, have him explain. and then go study your history, and see if you want to be forever compared to faubus.

Comparing SSM to the civil rights movement is like comparing Obamacare to the Holocaust
