According to this, four of the best ten fillies/mares of all time have been in the last ten years or so.

I've seen worse lists compiled.
But I'd have Rachel higher (3rd) and Zenyatta 5th or 6th behind Azeri. Personal Ensign will pretty much always be the #1 filly of all time in my mind and Ruffian 2nd.
