![]() EDIT: Made a late add of #1 in R4 to my P5.
Nothing spectacular on this card. I'm investing more in big multis than in individual races, but I've also put up some smaller bankroll tickets. Race 2: #2 Ridingwiththedevil: Mott won with similar drop down on Monday. Logical one to beat. #8 Requestada: Think she’s got hidden speed that may be evident if she can jump with the field. Nothing special in here. #5 Bossy Saratoga: Best works have been on dirt surfaces. Question his ability to last 7f. Conditions are much better for #6 but Reynolds hasn’t done well recently at SAR…#7 was a good second on turf last time, but Prado and McPeek are both icy… Race 3: #4 Tom Kitten: Very consistent gelding gets in against NY-breds. May not get deserved odds because of the Irad factor. #8 Karakorum Legend: Has won off layoffs in the past. Does he have the legs at 8yo? #2 Hear the Footsteps is SCR... #1 Captain Gaughen: Has been competitive against some of these in the past. On current form I like the jock switch. #7 Mr Rosenthal: Needs to prove he can handle a route without the help of a slow pace. Race 4: #6 Richie’s Rich: Esler should have this Forestry foal ready to roll for his debut. #5 Dangerous Cowboy: Shown the most of the runners who’ve ran. Linda only 1/17 bringing 2yos back within 14 days. #1 Pancakesandbatter: Rudy has had his firsters firing so far at the meet. Race 5: #8 Conzig: Broke her maiden for 40. Since then tried 7.5f and turf. Primed with the jock upgrade. #7 Charming Eyes: If you can get past her last, she’s shown enough to win a race like this. #6 Lemon and Honey: Runs best on dirt. Give her another go sprinting with the fast track. Race 6: #4 Bridgeville: Knows how to win and is sound enough to be wheeled back quickly. Wire job. #2 Signature Seven: McPeek might not get a better chance at the meet to get rid of his goose egg. #7 Roman Approval: Why the drop down? Why Mejias? #3 Bigger Picture: Unknown sprinting. Race 7: #10 Whispering is SCR... #8 Kenzadargent: By far the filly to beat as she’s been facing much tougher. But, watching her replays she has a tendency to get herself in the perfect position to win but just hangs, which is reflected by her 12 1-7-1 record. Maybe that will be different Stateside. #2 Valseuse: Might not get much pace to run at, but that didn’t hinder her on debut. #5 Almurra: Adding Lasix and should improve off her return run. #7 Hobe Wins: Regressed off the big FTS win. May appreciate the surface switch. Race 8: #3 Gear Jammer: Dam was a classy turf sprinter. Solid worktab. #5 Navy Blue: Last could have been a stamina builder. #10 Saratoga Dreamer: Irad/Clement, but pedigree is weak. #2 Banana Thief: Think he wants turf, but further. Race 9: #2 Heart to Heart: Scintillating performance at Keeneland demolishing a good horse in Jessica’s Star. Return to a mile will suit. Showed in the Queen’s Plate that he can rate, he just couldn’t stay the trip. Lynch always brings them down ready for a big one. #6 Storming Inti: Has been keeping good company, but at the same time was only a neck ahead of Cabo Cat last time and he is nothing special. Interesting to see Castellano take off but not ride anything else. Also gives weight. Must use but as an underlay. #5 Craftsman: Much improved in his first start for Motion, but this is much tougher. #7 Pure Sensation: With that pedigree I can’t see how he’ll be as effective going two turns. #1 needs a career best…#3 has had two poor efforts off the layoff…#4 is in deep against open company… Race 10: Terrible race to end the card. Hopefully I’m live in multis as I’m going 7-deep. $0.60 Pick Five Race 2: 2, 8 Race 3: 1, 4, 7, 8 Race 4: 1, 5, 6 Race 5: 6, 7, 8 Race 6: 4 $43.20 $0.60 Early Pick Four Race 3: 1, 4, 7, 8 Race 4: 1, 5, 6 Race 5: 6, 7, 8 Race 6: 2, 3, 4, 7 $108.00 Smaller ticket: 4, 8/5, 6/6, 7, 8/2, 3, 4, 7 ($28.80) $0.60 Late Pick Four Race 7: 2, 5, 7, 8 Race 8: 3, 5, 10 Race 9: 2, 6 Race 10: 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 $100.80 Smaller ticket: 2, 5, 8/3/2, 6/1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ($25.20) Good luck! ![]() Great job again on your early P4. Wish I had bet your big ticket instead of the smaller one. Sometime you need to spend to collect.

![]() K.. Great work putting the 4 together. All plausible winners but hard to get them on the same ticket!

![]() Thanks Steve! Figured it's worth it to toss in an extra horse or two. Seems to have paid off!
