12 players found their way to the Belmont starting gate on Saturday and 4 left with some cash value on their
virtual vouchers. Not a bad turnout for our first visit to the Derby Trail and smooth sailing or so it seems. Thanks
to DT for providing a subforum for our contest and easy navigation. I'm sure a few more players will show up in
the weeks to come. The 4th super slot goes to Plenilune who played Consumer Credit to win in race 2 and
received $4.90 for her pick. Edging out Plen and getting third was Digger, a Marked Man winner of $125. 2nd
goes to RYonker by 50 Cents. Ron figured out the super in race 2 and the $125.50 was just enough to separate
Ron and Digger in a tight photo. No photo needed to crown this weeks winner. The camera was busy snapping
pictures for 2nd, 3rd and 4th but the only picture needed for Dapplehorse was a winners circle picture.
Dapplehorse gets the win via a $50 win/place wager on Salutos Amigos and the $360 total gave Dapple a no
doubt about it, welcome to the Derby Trail win. Congrats Dapplehorse on the win and kudos to the other cashers.
On an unrelated note I have to give major props to one of our own Joly B. Joly just won the RDSS Match Play
Championship at Pace Advantage outlasting 31 other handicappers in a grueling 5 day a week bracket type
tournament lasting 5 weeks. Down to the last race of the last day Joly took it all. Congrats Jolyan on your
