Matt,

Marty Wolfson said he thinks Pomeroy will be ready for a peak performance.. Training very well and without a hitch. He will NOT work at CD for the race but rather have his final drill at CRC. Wolfson said he never trains at sites he's shipping into. And though Marty didn't say it, we know Pomeroy likes the Downs. Note also that CRC horses, who are working on a deep, sandy surface, can explode on the firmer Churchill strip. He also thinks that discounting Miesque's Approval on the Shadwell performance is a big mistake. Training super and should get a much better pave to attack. And of course his Firecracker win in July over the course serves notice as well...

Eddie Plesa was on as well and may have a developing live Juvy Filly in Adrythem. The Heaths aren't sure if they'll come with the My Dear Girl winner, and she will be at the mercy of the entry box as her earnings are all from restricted company. But if she comes.. if she gets in.. I would take a long look at this little gal. Her first 2 turn effort resulted in yet another open lengths victory.. her third straight... And his Critterium winner Yesbyjimminy will be returned to two turns. Ends up he was sick for the Foolish Pleasure when he was third...

Mike Trombetta joined us and is sitting on a host of good juvy fillies: Your Flame in Me (who got sick coming to CRC for the JJ's Dream and is recouping in Ocala); Spectacular Malibu (who was brilliant Saturday in the MD Mill Lassie) and What Time It Is (who bounced a bit off her debut try to be 4th in that same race). Weigelia is a possiblity for the DeFrancis Dash... And The Saint is set for Thursday's return with no plans even anticipated beyond the first start back...

And a guy from Cincy called in to say he hit for $6,800 at KEE Saturday with Gus and my selections... The NTRA 4, the KEE P4, the TCA Super/Tri, et al...

It was a good show.. Very good show.. ATRAB's hot..
