In other words, if the merits of the case against her for the classified email scandal don't matter, because the Justice Department won't press the case, or the wheels of justice are so slow as to not have charges until after the election, etc., does that place her in a privileged status that most citizens do not have?

she's so......so......
i don't like her. at all and i know a lot of people said she was going to get the nomination, but i don't think she will. i hope she doesn't. she reminds me of matilda who fought stephen for the crown of england back in the early 12th century. she captured stephen, london....but was so damned arrogant she ticked off the city leaders and they ran her out of town instead of crowning her.
