I just wanted to start this thread for two reasons.

1) To thank Steve for the personalized Avatar options. In general I think they are a good addition to the board, although I do find the ones that move to be a little distracting & annoying.

2) I wanted to see how my new Avatar and signature combo worked out.

i loved that race then, and it hasn't lost anything with the passage of time. usually have that race finish as my wallpaper on my computer at work. it's from the side, but at an angle. there's another that shows from directly from sundays side, but you can barely make out red legs and part of easy goers backside. that race is one for the ages, comparable to the belmont with affirmed and alydar, and with man o wars race with john p grier. i plan to buy it and have it framed--someday. right now i have to settle for my tony leonard of genuine risk and a pic of seattle slew grazing by his monument at three chimneys. get a lot of compliments on them, but more for the lady.

Miraja..

While I appreciate the nod, Paisjpq and Pillow Pants are responsible for unlocking the secret of the avatar controls which eluded me for 5 months...

Could you float some of those Avatar links to me, either here or in a private message, please? I'd love to check them out, I could use one.

I hope that the horse in mine proves the naysayers wrong.
