Default Hello Lord, It's Me.....

I know we have not spoken in a long time, so I thought today may be a great opportunity to catch up with you. Lets get the obvious out of the way. Yeah, I have sinned, nothing has changed in that department. Please forgive me. Now, on to more pressing matters.

The next time I decide to wager on Horse Racing on sloppy tracks, please do me a favor. Send a bolt of lightning down my way and have it strike close enough to me to wake me up to realize that I can't pick a winner in a 2 horse race on the slop. Then, send down an angel from above to lead me away from the track to someplace else.

Lord, I would like to thank you for the incredible rush I received from playing money to win and place on Prince's Pleasure in the 5th race at KEE today. That horse lead from the gate to the final turn at 46-1 odds to end up 3rd.

Anyway, I'll talk to you down the road. Have a good night.

Curt

(I hope nobody took offense to this, I have a dry sense of humor at times)

like loving a horse in a terrible terrible belmont turf MSW last weekend, and then talking myself out of betting it as the odds creeped up from 35-1.

Paid something like $135 to win.

I felt like crying.

But then Vacare won and made my weekend very very nice

i'm still not ready to laugh about the roughly $2000 i would have won had i bet that stupid horse.
