question about a pick 3

today at 10 oclock i bet a 10 dollar pick 3
starting in the 4th
i had
5-6//5-9//2-3-4

so the 6 is scratched in the 4th and the 9 is scratched in the 5th

so what i have left is 5//5//2-3-4

will i get refunds for the rest that got scratched because the races itself havent started yet? or will i get the designated favorite for any of these scratches?
