Yes, there are several creative modes that let you do certain types of effects. With the right setting and color it's fun to play with.

Capped off the final day of the festival as Ricardo Santana Jr. swept the stakes with wins in the Iowa Sprint with union Jackson and Cornhusker with Iron Fist.
