SAT - Gulfstream (R7-R12); Tampa PK4
Gulfstream Park
POST SCRATCHES - FAST / FIRM R7 - MSW 50k #5 Country Spice (10-1) 4TH #13 Slot (9-2) 2ND #6 He Takes Charge (4-1) WON $15.60 #2 Gambit (6-1) R8 - Clm 30k N2L (Turf 8.5F) #3 Maryland Pride (6-1) #10 Robusto (9-2) #9 Miles of Honor (5-1) #4 Bealestreet Dancer (10-1) R9 - G1 Gulfstream Park Turf (Turf 9F) #7 Revved Up (15-1) - Phipps/Shug runner coming in fresh and has flashed enough talent to think this might be his year. Expecting a couple to provide pressure up front to #1 H2H and set it up for a late rally. #1 Heart to Heart (5-2) - Still seeking 1st grade 1 and must get a clear lead to have any chance whatsoever. The two recent bullets indicate Leparoux will be hell bent on getting the lead. No pressure and the rest are running for 2nd. WON $7.20 #5 Money Multiplier (3-1) - G2 winner off a break and has knocked his with the heavyweights in the Turf division last year. It seems he'll be within striking range of the leaders as they turn of home. Respect chances. #3 Kurilov (Chi) (6-1) - Two solid tries since arriving from his native homeland and switches to the turf for top connections. Draws beautifully and that last turf workout must of been the key to take on Grade 1 company. 2ND R10 - G3 Suwannee River (Turf 9F) #5 Dream Dancing (9-2) - Grade 1 winner reunites with Leparoux and will benefit from the stretch out to 9 furlongs. #9 Kitten's Roar (2-1) - Maker having strong meet and she's definitely the class of the field. Not crazy about the draw, but Saez has been making all the right moves. 4TH #3 Midnight Crossing (Ire) (6-1) - Looks to be the controlling speed and without any pressure, she could be gone before they know what hit them. #7 Dream Awhile (10-1) - Interesting runner for Brown after she overcame a less than ideal trip in her local win at the end of the year. 2ND R11 - OC 75k/N1X (Turf 8.5F) #6 Cometin (20-1) #8 Sand Dancer (5-1) #3 Year of the Kitten (4-1) #10 Power of Attorney (9-2) 2ND R12 - Clm 16k (Turf 8.5F) #1 Entwistle (10-1) 3RD #8 Laythatpistoldown (3-1) 2ND #6 Conquest Sandman (4-1) WON $4.40 Rainbow 6 - 2 3 5 6 10 13 / 3 4 9 10 / 1 5 7 / 5 / 3 6 8 10 / 1 8 = $115.20 for $.20 PK5 - 3 4 9 10 / 1 5 7 / 5 9 / 3 6 8 10 / 1 8 = $96 for $.50 PK4 - 1 5 7 / 3 5 7 9 / 3 5 6 8 10 / 1 8 = $60 for $.50 Tampa Bay Downs R9 - G3 Endeavor (Turf 8.5F) #7 La Coronel (2-1) WON $4.80 #2 Dona Bruja (Arg) (9-5) 2ND #1 Truly Together (6-1) 3RD #4 America Mon Amie (20-1) R10 - G3 Sam F. Davis #2 Flameaway (8-1) WON $22.60 #6 Catholic Boy (8-5) 2ND #3 Vino Rosso (3-1) 3RD #5 Hollywood Star (5-2) 4TH R11 - G3 Tampa Bay (Turf 8.5F) #7 World Approval (2-5) - Champ using this a prep before heading to Dubai. WON $2.40 #1 Doctor Mounty (20-1) #5 Western Reserve (12-1) #3 Fire Away (8-1) 3RD R12 - Clm 6.25k #11 Metal Magic (12-1) #10 He's Etain (12-1) #6 Political Justice (8-1) #2 Mill Hill Place (6-1) PK4 - 2 7 / 2 6 / 7 / ALL (12) = $24 for $.50 X 2 = $48 PAID $441.80 FOR $1 Good Racing Luck

Trying to find value in the Sam Davis, I will do a straight exacta, Catholic Boy over Vouch.
At Gulfstream in the Turf, I find it also difficult but settled on Heart to Heart holding on despite the expected pace , tri keying over Hi Happy and Channel Maker |

Thanks, Phil - it worked out well considering I had no clue in the finale and it showed in my selections.
