Long hitters course...who do you like? DJ is in top form coming off the win, Rory is hungry (I think), but what about Bubba at +5200? its tempting, very tempting...

I have the 2nd pick in my 25 man snake draft. DJ went first and I am stumped as to who to take. I had it pegged down to two players, Justin Thomas or Brooks Koepka. I was so stuck on it that I had to enlist the help of my daughter. I wrote both names down and told her to pick one of them.

I'll take a lineup of
DJ Dechambeau Grace Walker R. Cabrera-Bello Grillo add McIllroy, Koepka as major contenders. Sentimental Picks: Snedeker - Coming off good tournament, is he finally in form? Furyk - as consistent as a US Open competitor can get, but age and lack of distance caught up to him? Dylan Meyer - Clark Kent, Tom Kite's son. 1st tournament as a Professional. Doesn't have the distance, but excellent short game.

Rory and Spieth are both off to terrible starts. Rory is 6 over after 5 holes. Spieth is 5 over after 5 holes.

If the winning score is 15 or 20 under, then the course was obviously playing too easy. I didn't watch much today. I was mainly just following the scores on the internet. But I heard there was a 230 yard par 3, where Tiger, JT and DJ all hit perfect shots and nobody held the green. To me that is ridiculous. A 230 yard par 3 is hard enough, without making the green nearly impossible to hold.
