Default Pick 4 takeout reduced to 14 % at Kentucky Downs

Lowered from 19% to 14% . Great news for the players.

Imagine that it's 10 full points lower than in New York. They seem to be paying the marketing dept pretty well. They are all over the place with their marketing name tags at Saratoga. One of them was kind enough to explain that Channel 10 pays them thousands of dollars in licensing money for that prime location inside the gates. He said if not, there would people just plopping down lawn chairs there, since we already got their 5 bucks for admission. When I mentioned that it was $7 now, he said, oh. When asked about the spinners, who got priced out, he had never heard the term. He was very polite and answered all my questions to the best of his ability and was a gentleman.

Another sharp move from Kentucky Downs.
They really seem to "get it".
