![]() Churchill Downs gave up a few winners on Saturday and three players took advantage of it
with 4 winning wagers recorded. Cal had two of those, an exacta and a trifecta in race 8 and it was good enough to show a profit and nail down the show spot. Don and Joily B both hit winning wagers in race 5 with Joly going the trifecta route and Don playing an exacta. When the dust settled JB got the better of the payouts and it was Don the runner up and Joly going to the winners circle. Congrats Joly on the win. Nicely played. The "close but no cigar" award goes to El Prado who lost the 10th by a neck and would have been an easy winner at Churchill in the dark. The rest of us were definitely in the dark. Following are the unofficial results pending a booth review. See you all next week at the star studded stakes day at Belmont. WIN... Joly B... +$105.80... ![]() You are correct Ruff. I noticed that too but it just slipped my mind (what's left of it).
