Question-SAR R4 #5 Hieoglyphics

On my Brisnet PP's the 5 horse shows no claimiing price where all others show 45K. Is the horse in for claim or some strange rule gets in without being able to be claimed. Or is it just a mistake?

DRF has no price either, and it is not listed as a Waiver Claiming race?

It's an exception for horses coming back off of 180+ day layoffs.
