![]() Race 2:
#2 Zecha: 25n2L and 14n3L wins compare with the ML fav (#1). Beaten 6 lengths by #4 on Aug 1, after blowing the start by 6 lengths. Has had some other excuses in her last few, including that absolute head-scratcher three back. Small field on a fast track suits. Price play early. #4 Mo Flash: Best form on paper but connections have been icy so far at the meet. #5 Le Weekend Race 3: #5 Fetching: Not disgraced against #1 in her second lifetime start when running out of room late. Gone on to record a win at SAR since and Irad hops aboard. #8 Out of Trouble: Looks ready now third off the shelf, just like last year. #6 Classic Lady #1 Dynamite Kitten Race 4: #4 Indian Pride: Has been making noise in the mornings… #7 Acting Chipper: Long string of good works for 4yo debut. #3 Doll Collection #5 Bye Bye Nicky Race 5: #4 Bronco Sally: Finished right there with the ML fav (#12) after being shoved wide on the first turn. #9 Retro Street #7 Floss Dancer #12 Decorated Ace Race 6: #9 Cryptographer #4 Lorenzen #10 Chowda #3 Moonachie Race 7: #7 Nic and Zoe: Blazing works for Ward. Catch me if you can. #9 Tulanian: Took money on debut but didn’t look like she handled the kickback. Half to a G3 winner on the green. #10 Hai Bobbi #5 Jazzique Race 8: #3 Hardcore Folklore is SCR... #6 Smile Bryan: Won at 5.5f, had the lead at the 1/8th pole last out. #2 Dark Money #1 El Asesino #7 moves up if the rains hit… Race 9: #8 Field Pass: Flew home sprinting in his first start. Strong win over this course and distance and can repeat. #5 Eagerly is SCR... #4 Fighting Seabee: Passed the eye test with a relatively easy win on debut. Runner-up came back to win at DMR. #2 Our Country Race 10: #11 Katook: Cuts back after showing good speed routing last out. Big jock upgrade. #2 Abby Normal: Got close in her first two tries on firm ground (hope the rain stays away). May bounce back with a better effort after a few weeks off. #5 Winifred J #6 Mike’s Girl $0.60 Early Pick Five Race 2: 2, 4, 5 Race 3: 5, 6, 8 Race 4: 4 Race 5: 4, 7, 9 Race 6: 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10 $97.20 $0.60 Early Pick Four Race 3: 1, 5, 6, 8 Race 4: 4 Race 5: 4, 6, 7, 9, 12 Race 6: 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10 $72.00 $0.60 Late Pick Four Race 7: 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 Race 8: 1, 2, 6 (replace #1 with #7 if raining/wet) Race 9: 2, 4, 8 Race 10: 2, 5, 6, 11 $108.00 Good luck! ![]() Wow. In the 5th
Irad Ortiz on the 6 moved over to give his brother room on the 10 and the 10 actually bumped him. ... |

![]() Yeah, rank from a rank ride. Stewards won't dare question it though.

![]() If that wasn’t his brother, he never would have made room for him and stop riding, costing his mount at least a placement in the race.

You can argue/reason that he did the right thing on the first four points, but not riding out is egregious and makes it look even more suspicious. |

![]() What narrative? If he rides his mount out then there's a good chance he hangs on for 4th. You may not care but I guarantee that someone who needed the 6 for 4th in the super would be pretty damn pissed to see the jockey not ride to the finish. Are bettors not important anymore?

![]() I did, apparently you didn’t. Looks over, sees his brother, gets out of his way and stops riding. Smarten up.
