Thanks for posting Steve. Nice ballot, not that my opinion matters. I think a case could be made for Imperial Hint on the male sprinter list but I’m nitpicking as Mitole should be a unanimous winner there.

Big Imperial Hint fan, but gave Shancelot the nod as the 3rd.. I like to acknowledge complete campaigns. Serengeti Empress another that I thought earned prominent position.

Concrete Rose over Guarana?

Trying to curry favor with Rusty?

Agree with all of your 1st choices except for apprentice. I’d go with Christian Torres.

Do the eclipse awards usually include jockeys, trainers, etc that race in Puerto Rico?

Love your ballot.
I think Uni is the best female turf horse on earth!
Just can't and would not ever bet Got Stormy over Uni

It's almost always the most undefinable (goofiest) category. Stats are North America-wide and interesting that this year there are prominent candidates in Diaz in Puerto Rico and Kimura at Woodbine. Diaz was 9th in total wins among all riders for the year with 200+ which is pretty remarkable. The kid wins races in bunches. Don't think there was a bad choice among the top candidates.. Correa, Torres both worthy too. I threw in Benji since he's competed at the highest level. (And he won 2 races for us!).

Default Eclipse Awards on TV or streaming?

I can’t seem to find it anywhere.
Will the Eclipse awards be available to watch anywhere in real time?

Unless it's Black Tie optional for watching on your TV or computer, why was that necessary?

Asking for a friend.

I still think Mitole should be HOY. I don’t expect a bunch of support though.

I just noticed you voted for Benji Hernandez for third in the Apprentice category. Getting a DT Stable horse into the Winner's Circle apparently is enough for you to overlook his day to day performance?

You're under-appreciating his efforts. He got 2 home.. Belle & Maus.
