Default Drift Rules !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi everyone !!! new to the board and first post, but have followed quiet a few of you from the espn board tho i never posted anything. i see alot of you changed your nicks so will take some time to figure all you characters out again!!!!!!!! i'm expecting 2 wins this year from drifty at the least, being a little weaker division with liam gone. i think this one is a toss up, brass hat first back from dubai ? waderin boy wanderin if he is still at pimlico ?buzzards bay always getting better but still not a elite horse and can be beat ?and good ol drifty my FAV horse, first back on dirt for year and one year older ? but still knowing he can get the job done im hoping for a good year and hopefully we start it out right with a win in the foster!!!!!!!!! to all my fellow drift fans good luck this weekend and GO DRIFT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

not saying he is going to win, thats to bold a prediction but he always has a chance and main point of thread was to say hi to everyone and let them know im a drift fan no matter what. it goes beyond handicapping and the money to be made at the track as to why i like this horse. i'm sure there are horses everyone likes that were not superstars but still loved them
peace

Yo, we are kidding around. From a gambling perspective, he is a bum's best friend, the trash can is always lit from him....that being said, from a enthusiast perspective, it is absolutely AWESOME what he has done so far, and will continue to do

np scav, i understand from a betting perspective where your coming from. i see your location is arlington park. one of the nicest tracks in the states, tho i may be biased since im from wi and call canterbury and arlington my home tracks since they are my closest tracks i get to most often. always make it to to breakfast at arlington the day before the million and million day every year, and also the washington park handicap when drift runs. plus i make it down there on other days thru the year when im catching ballgames at wrigley and us ceullar (comiskey to me lol) hope we have as sweet a field this year for the million as last? do you think alot of the big guns will try to hit it this year as last, i tend to think so. well maybe i'll see you down there this year. good luck on your bets this weekend

Go Drifty!

Drifty is a warrior. He tries really hard. I really like him. I hope he makes pretty babies.

Not really, because everyone plays him that way and there will be many combinations in the pool like that. I say play him to win or leave him off, I'll go for leave him off. Nice horse, made alot of money...

i believe he still is the, "current active leading runner by lifetime earnings" with about 4.3 million in on track earnings.
although i haven't really dug into the details this year so far, this was true at 3-1-6. if he isn't still the current leader he is close to the lead.

He is THe Man!! I'm very excited to see him this weekend. He's always at peak later in the year, but never say die IS his motto. I mean, have you *ever* seen that horse throw in the towel? Never. NEVERRRRR!

drifty luvs del mar and has missed by a length to pleasently perfect a year ago, to a very nice horse, and last year to borrego who he lost to by a head , i mean it was so close it was gut wrenching, to borrego a horse that shows up half the time and the other times had nothing, what a day for him to decide to start running for once . that shoulda been drifts pacific classic, just that borrego decides to put 2 nice efforts back to back then throw a clunker in the classic. drift is the better horse then borrego and his 2 grade 1's

all of drifts 2nds have been very close losses and to the some of the top horses in the divsion some of these were jockey error on top of it- pat day hawthorne gold cup 2 years ago, never even bothered to look and see freeforinternet coming up on him and vision was kida blocked by outside horse by the time he seen him it was to late to ask drift to pick it up, plus day has him 4 wide in the first turn, i think pat thought he had it in the bag and took his leisure with him
