ROI Results 4/20 @ Oaklawn Park
There were a lot of tickets cashed at Oaklawn on Saturday. 8 trips were made to the cashiers
window and all 4 payoff slots were filled. Two players, NJS and Cruzan made money but missed out on collecting some points. Indian Hemp and Cal had long balls that were caught on the warning track. Digger skipped to a fourth place finish by cashing his ticket in the featured race and edged out NJ Stinks. JolyB gets third place by virtue of a $20 exacta wager in race 7 worth $208. Ruffian continues to cash tickets and lead the ROI as she took second place this week. Ruff collected $254.80 but the Oaklawn faithful got the Mighty Message and bet Ruff's 12-1 morning line pick down to 8-1 and that cost Roof Mightily in the end. Still and all a $19.60 winner deserves some kudos. Real Quiet squeeks out the Oaklawn win by sweeping his 3 exacta keys with each payout getting a little better. Congrats on yet another ROI win, Real Quiet. You have certainly found the sweet spot of using the exacta pool to enhance what would have been a win payoff on your key horse. I hope that your ADW account has been seeing the benefit of such excellent money management also.

  You make that exacta thing work Real well for you. There something to be said for knowing your strongest bet and sticking with it. 5 wins and don't think we're quite to the halfway point yet. You may be on track for a record setting year for the most wins?
