The Belmont Stakes at the Saratoga Speedway completes this years Triple Crown with
3 different winners on the track and 3 different winners in our contest. DonGuido put in the
best effort by posting a Win in the Preakness and a Place in the Belmont. Digger took the
Derby contest and Zippy was the winner on Belmont day. 5 tickets were cashed on Saturday
but only two players came home with a profit. Don gets the place spot with an exacta in race
9 featuring Cogburn who ran a lights out sub minute time for 5 1/2 furlongs. The exacta was
worth $18.80 and a profit of $251. Zippy gets the win with a sweep of his two $100 bets and
he needed it all to squeek by Don with an overall profit of $260. Congrats on the win Zippy.
