![]() Gators upset the Buckeyes on 1/8. Why? I feel that emotion, in many situations, can overcome obstacles that some deem unattainable. Florida will have heard for well over a month about how they don't stand a chance. See last Saturday, hardly anybody gave their basketball program a chance to beat Ohio State and the second coming of Jesus, Greg Oden. What happened? A beatdown by the Gators in the 2nd half. I feel that with the time off and coupled with the basketball programs victory, this is gonna be a different game then some might think. Yes, the stadium will be filled with Scarlet and Grey, I know. But look out Buckeys, Gators got some speed!
I also hope that Florida wins cause in our football pool where you pick the winners of certain games and assign confidence points I picked the Gators and gave them the most points ![]() |

![]() oh man, i am all for predicting upsets -- but that's the wrong tree to be barking up right now.
osu is going to absolutely rout florida -- if the gators stay within 30 it should be considered a moral victory. meanwhile, Michigan will be manhandling USC before then -- and it will end up just showing what a horrific choice it was to send the Gators into the jaws of hell when the Wolverines actually stood a chance. Really though, of all the people who voted Florida into the national championship game over Michigan......find me one that would back up their vote with a wager on the Gators if they played Michigan. It just wouldn't happen, everyone knows UM would rout UF, but somehow UF is more qualified to get embarrassed by OSU? This year is a joke. |

![]() 2Min,
i think you are right, osu HAS not seen the speed fla has on both sides of the ball. the "sweatervest" is a pretty good coach but the "urban-myth" is no slouch. the gators will be ready to play.
