If all this comes thru they should do more than remove a piece of paper that says he can practice law. He may have ruined some kids lives. And the girl that made the false accusations, if they really are false, should be ashamed for all the women who dont bring cases because they will now face, "remember the Duke Lacrosse setup". God I hate it when people bring frivilous lawsuits that end up hurting people that have legitimate lawsuits.

Playing a faulty racecard is one of the worst crimes of all. Thank you Al Sharpton for screwing so many people who have legitimate gripes.

I don't know all that much about the case but from what I've seen it doesn't seem like there is any case against these guys. There is no evidence that they did anything. It looks like the prosecutor is just a really stubborn guy who doesn't want to admit that he made a mistake. I don't balme him for taking the accuser very seriously at first. But when her story keeps changing and there is no evidence that supports her claims, it is time to drop the charges.
