I always loved his dam - Circle of Life....I still think Scat Daddy is the goods in that barn though....I also think Minefield is better than this colt..we'll see but one thing for sure is that Pletcher is loaded...

I loved Gulch and Thunder Gulch, but I think I'll wait to make any judgments on who's going to win the Juvenile until after baby racing really heats up and the best bred ones start to hit the track...........I've never heard of Minefield? Did he run at Belmont? Personally, I'm hoping Cobalt Blue is the goods...........

Foggy, Quay is pronounced "key" ...

I'll take the bet he doesn't even start in the race before the bet that he wins it.

I still want to see "Monkey" before I start making any preliminary judgements about 2yo's.

yeah Jerry, you can't just copy Mike
try to form your own opinions
I'd have thought you'd be big on Green Monkey
since he cost so much and all

I predict this one is on the shelf by the end of Saratoga, and likely much earlier, much like so many of his barnmates that look so special early in the year. I do, however, look forward to his eight length win early in the Gulfstream meet followed by the usual unfullfilled hype.

How's last year's next greatest horse of all time, Half Ours, doing?
