![]() Here's his take on the situation:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...401525_pf.html Now, my predictions...based on the game of chess. Move 1, Negraponte becomes asst to Condi R. (in the works) Move 2, Cheney resigns due to "health reasons" Move 3, Condi named as first black/woman to VP as Cheney's replacement. Move 4, Negraponte named Secretary of State Move 5, Condi vs Hillary in 2008??? Since two of the top generals are being replaced, Abazaid and Casey, watch for more pawns to be thrown in. The "castle" move protects the king. Play on. These are only my predictions, but I wouldn't be the least surprised. DTS |

In all honesty, I can't take full credit for the predictions. This site is the source. http://newsforreal.com/ Also, take time to read the link to Sen Biden's understanding of the situation. The other player that many are not considering is the "backer" on the outcome of the "game". China. If they decide to call in their debt, as they've refused to float the yuan (revalue the dollar), and since financial advisers in many other countries are advising their clients to dump dollars, If they play their cards, that we need them more than they need us, watch for a very serious economic outcome. |

China holds a very good hand. They know how to play the game. Do they fold? I don't think so. What they're holding is too good. Is it a bluff move? Nope...they're the ones that have been doing the ante. We'll just have to wait and see how the cards are played. As regards Condi...yes, maybe the Repubs best shot. looks like she's getting position. Hillary? I don't think I'd bet her. To much 'splainin' comin'. Edwards might be a much stronger candidate, especially in key areas. Should be interesting. |
