Class edge. #3 Jersey Bond - Super impressive in debut for Blasi on 12/3 at the FG.SCR #1 Cohiba Miss - Making her 10th career start that includes a victory in the Ky Cup Juv Fillies at Turfway. Race 9 - G3 Lecomte #1 Makeithappencaptain - He's 2 for 3 with his margins of victory being 8 1/4 and 16 1/4. The son of Aptitude has been training well at the FG. #3 Hard Spun - Penn bred has trounced the competition at DEL and in the Penn Nursery. Logical. #7 Teulfleberg - Talented $9K purchase has been handled like a yo-yo. Stretches out here after nice win in the Super Bowl. The Play - PK4 - 4 5 6 with 3 with 1 8 with 1 3 7 = $18 for a buck play Gulfstream Park - PK4 Race 7 #2 On a Cloud - Clement 26% with North American debuters. 1st time lasix and has been working steadily at Payson Park. Prado in the irons. #3 Indy Trouble - Has won 3 of 4 and is improving as she climbs up the ranks. #5 Ebony Rose - Coming off the bench. Stakes placed in G3 at MTH over the summer. #7 Prop Me Up - Super consistent and Breen wins at a 30% clip with this type of layoff. #8 Steel Buns - Lightly race 5 yr old mare for Mott. Only 2 starts in '06. Race 8 #4 Meritocracy - Broke maiden form way outside going 1 1/8 at CD. Obviously dangerous. #7 Chelokee - Won by 13 1/4 in debut then finished a nice 2nd at the distance at CD. SCR #6 Silver Express - Zito sends out the son of Unbridled Song after top beyer in the slop in last. Race 9 - Marsha's River #10 Naissance Royale (Ire) - Just missed in a G2 at HOL and was a decent 3rd in G1 EP Taylor north of the border. Huge class advantage. Clement / Prado. Race 10 #7 Sourpower - Live Oak runner ran a respectable 2nd in debut at CAL and should improve off that performance for Zito. #11 Stalwart Woodsman - McPeek 12% with 1sters and this guy has been training like a champ. He attracts Johnny V. The Play - PK4 - 2 3 5 7 8 with 4 6 with 10 with 7 11 = $20 for a buck play. Santa Anita Race 3 - G2 San Rafael #5 Tenfold - Baffert's youngster was ultra impressive in debut on opening day at SA. #4 Grapelli - The son of Thunder Gulch is eligible to improve. #3 Notional - O'Neil adds the hood to talented runner. Race 8 - G2 San Fernando #8 Brother Derek - Had a brutal trip in the Malibu, but Solis back on and two turns is what the Doctor ordered. #3 Awesom Gem - In good form and could make for a nice exacta. #9 Midnight Lute - Baffert has him in career form.
