![]() OK, so I find it harder and harder to focus on capping to the extent that I like and need to pick some confident winners. Over last winter I began fast walking on a treadmill for excersise and bored to tears I mounted a small table top in front of me. What turned out was the most fantastic capping environment. Got the endomorphines going, some great tunes playing, and great focus while burning off the pounds....also had some great success pricking winners. So, back at it and here are today's treadmill selections.
Gulfstream: 1: 6- Holy Intensions 8- Tougher'N Most 2: 3- Draw Fire 2- Debussy 8: 2- Duchess Of Stanco 7- Appealing Runner 10: 14- Darby Pal 13- Wing Walker 4- Proclamation Winded and pulled up after four races (42 minutes). Once I get in shape I hope to be able to do an entire card. Good luck to all!

![]() GP Pick 4
Race 7 2 Shaami - This horse is simply too impressive on paper to leave out. The post is a concern and that alone almost made me toss him. Just can't leave out. 9 Nosybody - Should be full of speed. McPeek is solid with the youngsters. 12 Chief Talkeetna - Should be flying late. Race 8 4 High Again - Solid work on the 5th. Mott spectacular off the layoff and winning last start. Zayat. All systems go 6 Striking Tomisue - Had everything her way in the maiden breaker at Calder. Will be hanging on for dear life down the stretch. 8 Susies Gal - Trouble at the start in last and still managed to win fairly easy. Romans doesn't show much in the mornings. Don't let that fool you. Race 9 3 Malibu Mint - Jan 14 BULLET. Scattered work tab is only concern. Post a career beyer to beat this one. Race 10 4 Proclamation - Slight class drop. Previous turf efforts are decent. Hurtak's barn seems to be live (one win three seconds) Guidry takes the call. 6 Patriotic American - Capuano is insane off the claim and short layoff. Questionable sire on the turf. Grasscutter Castellano gets the call. 9 Daytona - Drop in class would be a concern if the connections weren't filthy rich. Stakes placed on the turf. Pletcher barn hasn't missed a beat due to the suspension. Health of the horse the only concern for me. 12 - Horrible post. Bred for the turf. Desormeaux will kill you. 3x3x1x4 = 36 Good luck!
