Default Tampa Thurs./Pick 4

Kev's busy tonight so you get the "B" Team's analysis:

Race 6 - Clm 12500N2L - 6.9f

2 - Money Dance (6-1) Proctor on fire, 47% for the meet (so what's new). Sticks with the bug girl which is a bit vexing. Right back.
6 - Precise Dancing (3-1) Beat only two at this condition down south. This group will be much easier. Calascibetta 2 for 2 at the meet. Lures Centeno. Won @ 2-1
5 - Debrella (5-1) Drew off impressively against less, can handle the bump up.

Race 7 - Clm 16000 Abt. 1 Mile Turf

4 - Sovereign Kit (2-1) 11yr old is maintaining nicely. Finished only 2.5 lengths behind much better at GP. Lezcano sees fit. 2nd
1 - Silver Blue (8-1) Silver Deputy horse rounding into form nicely for Charles Fontana. May move up again in his return to the turf. 3rd
9 - New Science (7-2) NGLFFM angle. Has been competitive at this level at CRC. 4th

Race 8 - Md 50000 6.0f

8 - We Will See (4-1) Took some money for her debut (9-1). Flashed some early speed and faded slightly in the stretch. Still beat over half the field. She will benefit from that one.
7 - Proper N Prim (8-1) Victory Gallop filly owns a string of decent works. Willing to give this firster a shot in a very weak field. Won @ 12-1
3 - Straight Laced (2-1) Will take a chunk of the money. Trainer Castillo 1 for 77 in '06 . Straight Man filly will benefit from a positive jockey switch to Cotto and may win despite her trainer.

Race 9 - Clm 16000 6.0f
Wide wide open affair.

4 - Moment of Song (9-2) Hazaam gelding loves the Tampa sand (6 of 7 in the exacta). Ran huge vs. lesser off the layoff.
8 - Silver Pegasus (6-1) Ran an even third off nearly a year layoff. If this 7yr old grey benefits from that run, he will be difficult to handle here.
7 - Lite Brigade (3-1) Ness 42% off the claim. Will enjoy the turn back to 6f. Won @ 2-1

The $48 play:

6 - 2,6
7 - 1,4
8 - 3,7,8
9 - 4,7,8,9

GL

A couple tidbits from the "Only at Tampa" file:

In the 2nd race, the 3 Ide Be O for Ten, is 1 for 71 lifetime!

In the 10th race, the 1 Stacksun, is a 7yr old first time starter! He's running against an 8yr old and four 6yr old maidens.

Here are some horses to scratch off you picks for tomorrow. LOL!

Scratches in Green

Race 2 $1 P3 2,5,6/6,9/2,3,9 = $18 LOSER - $32.60 Winner in R3 MCL8K LOL!
Race 4 $1 P3 2,3,9/1,4,5/2,4,5 = $27 LOSER
Race 5 $1 P3 1,4,5/2,4,5/4 = $9 LOSER - $34.80 Winner in R7
Race 6 $1 P4 2,4,5/4/3,6,8/2,3,4,7 = $36 LOSER - $34.80 Winner in R7 & $27.80 Winner in R8
Race 7 $1 P3 4/3,6,8/2,3,4,7 = $12 LOSER - $34.80 Winner in R7 & $27.80 Winner in R8
Race 8 $1 P3 3,6,8/2,3,4,7/8,9 = $24 LOSER - $27.80 Winner in R8

The day of longshots almost always hurts the bankroll. One her and there but not this many. Damn!!!

Well hell... my work is smarter than yours. They have it blocked as soon as I click on live racing.

It's probably a good thing. LOL
