bris is on lock out mode..contract desp..no big a today..but i couldent believe that horse went off at those odds..stunning really..

I'm unburdened by any facts.........
Just raised the question. Bris is apparently able to provide wagering access to virtually every other track in the country on acceptable terms..... Logic would lead you to believe the issue is with AQU or NYRA, not with Bris.
Again, I only know what I read on DRF and here on the internet, not an insider like yourself I/L
