Default OBS Championship Stakes

Guys,

I'll be going up to Ocala for this on Monday. I'm very interested in seeing how Buffalo Man runs (he was scratched out of the Risen Star due to post) and if any of you have any other horses you're interested in, let me know and I'll try to get some pictures.

Here are the PP's for the day:

Are they doing the undertack show for the sale Monday? I got my catalog a few days ago and was looking it over.

I'm pretty sure they're doing the under tack show on Sunday (Feb. 11th.) I MAY go up for that too, but I'll be in Daytona most of the weekend, so not sure if that's going to work out.

Also, there's a filly that I like running in the 1st race... Gotta Luv Carrots. I think that "The Bid" liked her too if I remember correctly.

That would be pretty neat to watch. I've only been to yearling or mixed sales.

Same here. I'd like to find one that I really like and maybe follow its career. So far, my favorite yearlings have been by Trippi (I know, I know... a sprinter, but he's nice), so I'll probably pick one of his to follow.

I'll PM you my number if you want to meet up... I think I'm meeting up with Joel too, but otherwise, I'll be all by my lonesome.

I do that with the yearlings I've liked at various sales. This summer was a lot of fun because a lot of the ones I like that raced ended up breaking their maiden in their first or second start and were good bets (except Most Distinguised, but we won't go there ).

I'm really excited for the Freshman sires this year. The photos of last years Empire Maker yearlings were very nice and a few I saw in person were as well. I liked an Alderbran at the FT Sar, but I've never seen any of his other yearlings. I think the Calder sale had a few cataloged though so I'm curious to see how they sell and hopefully there will be pictures somewhere.
